Basic training is a well-rounded breakfast tea with a deep rich flavor. If you’re looking for a tea to help motivate you and give you ambition to start your day, this is the cup for you. I found that I enjoyed it with a little organic sugar and a little creamer. This is a fantastic classic black tea.
Rather than use the enclosed disposable teabags I used my already existing tea strainer. Perhaps the teabags could be optional?
This tea is absolutely wonderful with the suggested milk and honey (I try not to use processed sugar) I usually do not add milk to my tea - it feels wrong but in this case, it was absolutely wonderful! A little sweet treat to start the day
