Craft your own Elderberry Syrup with our easy to use kit!
Our Elderberry Syrup Kit comes with one giant artisan tea bag full of elderberries, cardamom, ginger root, cinnamon & cloves. Combine tea bag with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour. Discard tea bag. Once cooled, add 1 cup of honey. Store in refrigerator. Take 1 TB daily during cold and flu season. Makes about 2 cups.
